I have been using Horsch and Miller for almost 15 years now. Great people across … More the board. Technicians are super knowledgeable, always professional and on the level. Inside office personnel very knowledgeable as well and always try to get you help ASAP. I would absolutely recommend H&M to anyone I know. If it helps any, I have family members who are in plumbing and HVAC as well. I could easily call them but H&M has yet to fail me, they are convenient, always accommodating, and pricing has always been very good.

Horsch-Miller was recommended by a trusted neighbor who has used their services … More for years. I'm so glad that they now service our plumbing. They installed a complete water softener system in 2026. Everything was explained so well and all my questions were answered. The quality of the products are excellent. The technicians and office staff were wonderful to deal with. They showed that they are well studied and experts in their fields. The technician for that visit pointed out that the plumbing relating to the laundry room was not code. In 25 years, we have had other plumbing projects and no one pointed out these issues. Appointment was made and a subsequent repairs were done to replace the laundry room plumbing and service the well pressure tank. That particular service was also handled professionally, pleasantly and efficiently. Again, the technician was very thorough and explained all the steps. Thank you to Horsch-Miller, and technicians Derek and Dan for excellent service. we are 100% satisfied with them and the reasonable cost.

Dan and Brian did excellent work installing our water softener and indirect … More water heater. Professional, solid price and made sure everything looked good before they left. They took the time to explain what to look for and how to maintain the units. Will definitely use them again

We had our pressure tank replaced. It hadn't failed yet but we knew it … More was over 20 years old and the pipes connecting to it had several pin holes. Dan arrived exactly as scheduled and got right to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. We were very happy to have someone who knew exactly what they were doing and did it right the first time!

Just had a wonderful experience with these folks. My wife wanted acrylic whirlpool, … More linoleum vanity, tile to the ceiling and old toilet and small glass enclosed shower discarded. They moved toilet to old showers location, added new ceiling lights, new ceiling fan, new flooring, Kohler fixtures and updated to a custom made vanity with quartz counter and ornate sink and new in wall shelves (I made the mirror as my addition to the project). A glass shower enclosure topped it off. Most important when first walking in is the all new tile walls and shower floor. Also they added new can lights in our kitchen and wall outlets in both rooms. Lots of work, perfect coordination of all the talented local teams Ryan worked with. Teams were all hard workers and had lots of smiles and left us each night with a clean environment. Ryan and office people were always available to answer questions and give progress reports. Definitely worth the effort. I'm almost afraid to use it now that it looks so good And I didn't think self closing doors and drawers could be so much fun!

Brad called twenty minutes ahead to let me know when I could expect his arrival. … More He listened to me as I explained the issue, and experiences with other plumbers I had previously with my very old tub faucet leaking, and my desires for upgrades and replacement of fixtures. He was polite, knowledgeable, and informative. He didn't waste time, analyzed the problem and situation, and went to work to fix the leak. He was professional and friendly, considerate, and honest. He did not leave a mess. He provided the information I needed to move forward with my bathroom project, what I needed to do, and what to expect from them. He gave me a receipt for my payment of the fair price charged. I will trust Horsch & Miller with future projects without hesitation. I was impressed and very satisfied with the service by Brad! Thank you!

Would never choose anyone but Horsch & Miller. We have had them do smaller … More projects for plumbing but this was a big project. Ryan was and is a pleasure to work with. Came in and looked at what we wanted and sent us a quote which was very reasonable in a day or two. We communicated over the course of setting up the project and when it would be done.
Brad & Travis were the two guys who tackled the basement plumbing for a bathroom we plan to install. The job in general is messy and they planned ahead by putting up plastic to prevent as much dust as possible getting anywhere else other then the workspace. They also put down a roll of matting to keep their tracks off our floors and stairs. They were done in two and a half days and cleaned up.
Highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing like this or even HVAC, to be done by top tier professionals, Horsch & Miller.

Our experience with Horsch and Miller was very pleasant. Our regular provider … More wasn't able to get service to us until 12/30 to repair or replace our water heater. I called Horsch and Miller and they were able to send a technician out the next day (Christmas Eve). Their technician, Brad, was at the house by 7:45 am and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Horsch and Miller didn't have the part but Brad called another plumber in the area and was able to get the part we needed. We were afraid that we would have to replace the water heater but Brad saw that the water heater was still in warranty so that saved us a ton of money. We are very appreciative of Brad and his professionalism, he didn't want us to go the whole weekend without hot water.
Thank you very much Hoesch and Miller and Brad,
Bruce and Kerry Kemnitz

After returning home from a three-week trip, we were greeted by a water heater … More that decided to fail leaving us with water leaking all over the floor and no hot water. An early morning call to Horsch & Miller resulted in a plumbing tech, Scott, coming to our home two hours later with a replacement water heater. A few hours later Scott had the new unit installed, floor cleaned up and hot water running again. I highly recommend Horsch & Miller's dedicated service and the knowledgeable, professional people that work there. Thank you, Horsch & Miller, for your quick and efficient response to our water problem and thankfully you had the required parts in stock.
