After returning home from a three-week trip, we were greeted by a water heater that decided to fail leaving us with water leaking all over the floor and no hot water. An early morning call to Horsch & Miller resulted in a plumbing tech, … More Scott, coming to our home two hours later with a replacement water heater. A few hours later Scott had the new unit installed, floor cleaned up and hot water running again. Would never choose anyone but Horsch & Miller. We have had them do smaller projects for plumbing but this was a big project. Ryan was and is a pleasure to work with. Brad & Travis were the two guys who tackled the basement plumbing for a bathroom we plan to install. The job in general is messy and they planned ahead by putting up plastic to prevent as much dust as possible getting anywhere else other then the workspace. They also put down a roll of matting to keep their tracks off our floors and stairs. They were done in two and a half days and cleaned up.
Highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing like this or even HVAC, to be done by top tier professionals, Horsch & Miller. -
Just had a wonderful experience with these folks. My wife wanted acrylic whirlpool, linoleum vanity, tile to the ceiling and old toilet and small glass enclosed shower discarded. They moved toilet to old showers location, added new ceiling … More lights, new ceiling fan, new flooring, Kohler fixtures and updated to a custom made vanity with quartz counter and ornate sink and new in wall shelves (I made the mirror as my addition to the project). A glass shower enclosure topped it off. Most important when first walking in is the all new tile walls and shower floor. Also they added new can lights in our kitchen and wall outlets in both rooms. Lots of work, perfect coordination of all the talented local teams Ryan worked with. Teams were all hard workers and had lots of smiles and left us each night with a clean environment. Ryan and office people were always available to answer questions and give progress reports. Definitely worth the effort. I'm almost afraid to use it now that it looks so good And I didn't think self closing doors and drawers could be so much fun!
