  Had no hot water over the holiday weekend and called at 7am on Tuesday and by 4:30 had a new 75 gal. water in place and HOT water plus it heated the coils in floor. Dennis did a nice job. Scott  also takes good care of us, for at least 20 years.

  Horsch & Miller are our go to plumbers.  In the past they have fixed our damaged hose connections, sump pump (installed a dual pump with battery backup) and bailed me out or a toilet seat issue that I had with my Toto Toilet.  They are professional in their back office (Kelly is very professional) and their plumbers have done an exemplary job of taking care of my plumbing needs. Also they are following social distance guidelines and come equipped with face mask. I am moving soon and hope to find plumbers as professional as they are.

  Scott did a great job on replacing my water heater. He called prior to his arrival. When he noticed that the water heater had not been vented properly at the time our house was built, he showed me the proper specifications,  explained options for correcting the problem, and quoted a price before continuing with the job.
